Because of the particularity and irresistibility during Dry Melt
adhesive EVA Interlayer Film production, consumers are suggested to
test a small glass (bigger than 0.5㎡)to confirm the quality and color
of Dry Melt adhesive EVA Interlayer Film before using a batch of Dry

glass will be affected by moisture that will severely influence the
adhesion of Dry Melt adhesive EVA Interlayer Film, so before producing
laminated glass, do remember to double-check the pre-laminated glass
which has been cleaned and wiped before, and make sure there's no any
water stain and vapour on the glass(use dryer if possible). Besides,
the laminating materials should also be dried, otherwise the finished
laminated (strengthened) glass will have problem of bubble or
de-lamination. Therefore, customers are advised not to produce the
laminated glass in raining days with heavy moisture.

It is inevitable that the Dry Melt adhesive EVA Interlayer Films may
get slight contamination during the production or use, for instance,
some tiny foreign substance on the surface of the Dry Melt adhesive
EVA Interlayer Film. So we suggest customers install a daylight lamp
under the table so as to check clearly whether there is foreign
substance, stain or other prints on the surface of the Dry Melt
adhesive EVA Interlayer Film. If some foreign substance or black stain
is found on the Dry Melt adhesive EVA Interlayer Film, it should be

It is important to check clearly the surface of the intermediate
materials used in producing art glass or strengthened glass, such as
non-woven cotton, chartaceous or plastic printing-work, natural
fibric, etc, because the surface of some intermediate materials may
have been coated or printed before, which may result in adverse
chemical reaction with Dry Melt adhesive EVA Interlayer Film and
consequently degrade the adhesion capacity of Dry Melt adhesive EVA
Interlayer Film. That means not all the materials are suitable for
lamination, and it's very necessary to test Dry Melt adhesive EVA
Interlayer Film quality and effective time before use. Don't go to
mass production blindly. Meanwhile, it is suggested that those
materials should get dried before put into use so as to remove the
moisture within them. It has been proved that the laminated glass
produced with moisture intermediate materials will probably get bubble
or de-lamination after being stored for a period of time.

The laminated glass is processed and produced under the simultaneous
work of high temperature and pressure, so under certain temperature,
the solid Dry Melt adhesive EVA Interlayer Film will turn to fused
substance and may easily outflow the edge of the glass under pressure.
Because the edge is under the biggest pressure, the liquid film
outflows the glass most easily and thus will be thinner than inside.
After the Dry Melt adhesive EVA Interlayer Film get cooling and
contractive, it's probable that there is some bubble or de-lamination
around the glass. Considering this, we suggest customers use some
material to block the glass when laminating the glass, and the
material used to block the outflow of Dry Melt adhesive EVA Interlayer

outflow of liquid film.

It is unsuitable to process different kinds of glass or Dry Melt
adhesive EVA Interlayer Film in the same stove with the same
technique, otherwise it's difficult to guarantee the quality.
Normally, the processing temperature for colored Dry Melt adhesive EVA
Interlayer Film is a little higher than that for normal clear Dry Melt
adhesive EVA Interlayer Film; the processing temperature for thick Dry
Melt adhesive EVA Interlayer Film or glass is also a little higher
than that for thin Dry Melt adhesive EVA Interlayer Film or glass; the
processing temperature for laminated glass with interlayer silk is
slightly higher than that for laminated glass with EVA interlayer
film. If the temperature is not suitable to be too high suddenly, we
can extend the heat preserving time so as to increase temperature
gradually. The appropriate processing period is based on the structure
of the stove and the heating power. Customers may know more abut this

The cooling time for the finished laminated glass also plays an
important roll. Theoretically, the faster the processed transparent
Dry Melt adhesive EVA Interlayer Film cool down, the better its
transparency will be. But if the finished laminated glass encounters a
big range of temperature after coming out of the stove, then it's
probable that the laminated glass will get split or bubble around the
glass. Therefore, if the laminated glass is produced in summer with
high temperature, it's suggested to use a big power fan to decrease

big difference between the temperature inside and outside the stove,
so it's suggested to extend the natural cooling time of laminated
glass in vacuum condition both inside and outside the stove. It's
appropriate to take out the glass when the temperature declines
constantly to about 40℃.

It is inappropriate to polish the edge of the finished laminated
glass immediately, otherwise it will degrade the adhesion capacity and
lead to de-lamination of the edge. We suggest customers polish the
edge of the laminated glass after 24 hours when the glass lamination
was finished, and cut off the overflown film before polishing the

water seepage and bubble problem, it's also workable to polish the
edge of the glass before lamination. It's suggested to use fine
grinding wheel to polish the edge again and again, but not use coarse
grinding wheel which will easily produce slight glass crack and thus
impair the glass edge. As to the crude fibre and other intermediate
materials that can easily absorb water, it's suggested to polish the
edge of the glass before lamination, because the exposing crude fibre
will probably absorb moisture during polishing the edge, and thus will
lead to de-lamination later.
